Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Olivia’s Flowers, including online purchases, subscriptions, workshops, weddings, corporate events, and tribute floral arrangements.
1. General Terms
By placing an order or booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Olivia’s Flowers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
2. Product & Service Availability
All flower arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. If certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar varieties of equal value and quality. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only; each arrangement is unique.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be purchased monthly or in prepaid 3-month blocks.
- All include hand delivery within 20km of New Inn, Cashel.
- Deliveries are made on agreed dates and may vary slightly depending on availability.
- Subscriptions may be paused or transferred with a minimum of 5 days’ notice.
- No refunds on delivered or missed subscription bouquets unless faulty.
4. Weddings & Events
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Changes to your order may be made up to 4 weeks in advance, subject to availability and revised costs.
Cancellations:
- 30+ day’s notice: deposit retained, no further charges
- Less than 14 days: full balance payable
Olivia’s Flowers is not liable for events outside our control (e.g. weather, venue access issues, force majeure).
5. Workshops
Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Minimum numbers may apply – we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if needed (you will be notified and refunded or moved).
6. Tributes & Sympathy Flowers
We treat all funeral and tribute orders with the utmost care and priority. We ask that full details are provided at the time of booking, including funeral home/church/grave address and time. Same-day service may not be available for tributes due to preparation time.
7. Delivery
Hand delivery is offered within a 20km radius of New Inn, Cashel.
- Please ensure the correct address and phone number are supplied.
- If no one is home, we will attempt delivery to a safe location or neighbour and will leave a calling card.
- Re-delivery may incur an additional charge if we cannot safely leave the flowers.
- We do delivery outside 20km radius on occasion, but surcharge may apply.
8. Refunds & Complaints
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds or replacements will only be issued if the product is faulty or arrives in poor condition.
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- A photo may be required for review.
- We do not offer refunds based on personal taste or flower substitutions.
9. Payment
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept secure payments online via our website, bank transfer, Revolut or cash. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received (unless a deposit/payment plan is in place).
